2. Services
South Bay Luau Parties / Manea Events provides Hawaiian luau entertainment, Polynesian dance performances, fire shows, Hawaiian catering, and event planning services in Southern California and Las Vegas. All services are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
3. Booking & Deposits
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit. Deposit amounts vary by package and event size. Submitting a booking request online does not constitute a confirmed booking — a member of our team will contact you to finalize details and payment.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event date may receive a partial refund of the deposit, less any non-recoverable costs. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Vendor Directory
Third-party vendors listed in our marketplace are independent businesses. South Bay Luau Parties does not guarantee the quality, safety, or reliability of third-party vendor services. All transactions with vendors are between you and the vendor directly.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of South Bay Luau Parties / Manea Events and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, South Bay Luau Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
