Our Story
South Bay Luau Parties was born from a deep love of Hawaiian culture and a passion for bringing people together through authentic Polynesian experiences. Founded in the South Bay Beach Cities of Southern California, we've spent over four decades perfecting the art of the luau.
What started as a small operation serving local beach communities has grown into Southern California's most trusted luau event company. We've produced over 10,000 luaus — from intimate backyard gatherings to grand corporate spectaculars — across Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Riverside, Palm Springs, and Las Vegas.
Our team of professional Polynesian performers, chefs, and event coordinators brings authentic Hawaiian, Filipino, and Fusion culinary traditions together with world-class entertainment. We cook our own whole roasted pigs / lechon, train our own dancers, and design every show from the ground up.
